Meet Trailriders that are located very close to our holiday appartments and enjoy the unique experience of horse riding

TRAILRIDERS horse trekking centre and riding stables, located 2kms south of the village of Ano Korakiana, was established in 1992 by British born Sally-Ann Lewis. She spent 10 years in Wyoming, USA, managing a cattle ranch, where she learned to ride and care for horses.

After arriving at the stables, you are introduced to the horses, dogs and cats. The owner’s love of animals cannot be doubted. The nine horses are suitable for beginners because of their quiet nature and good manners, but are also spirited enough for the more advanced.

From the stables you enter a beautiful wooded area of oak trees; leaving the woodland you see the striking view of the village of Ano Korakiana in the distance. After a further 20 minutes, you arrive at the village and wind your way through the quaint houses and semi-rural landscape. The ride then continues for another 40 minutes through olive groves, wide dirt tracks, vineyards, and pastures of grazing goats and sheep.
